About Us
Sidewalk Athletics is a mission-driven fitness nonprofit focused on transforming health through movement, education and access. We’re dedicated to improving community health through three core lanes:
TRACK CLUB
We offer weekly track workouts prioritizing form, speed, and endurance. Each week consists of a scalable workout for everyone—from entry-level to advanced runners.
COMMUNITY FITNESS ACTIVATIONS
We create fun and accessible environments for people to experience wellness brands and movement through community.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
For runners training for races, our programs include weekly group workouts (track workouts, mobility & cross-training), long runs with pace groups, stretching and injury prevention sessions, guidance on nutrition/fueling & proper equipment.
